River Courtesy Flyer: After the long and oftentimes contentious Colorado River Management Plan process, it became abundantly clear that commercial guides and private boaters need to learn how to interact in positive ways that preserve the integrity of the river experience. Grand Canyon River Guides and the Grand Canyon Private Boaters Association resuscitated and updated an educational piece originally developed over a decade ago under the auspices of the Constituency Panel. The new River Courtesy Flyer goes far to educate the river running public through the motto “Be Cool”:
